SASARAM-----------------------Following the directives of Rohtas District Magistrate Deepak Kumar Mishra, the administration is taking strict action to ensure regular inspections of firecracker shops and compliance with safety standards across the district. As part of this initiative, a joint team—comprising the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), Station House Officer (SHO), and Circle Officer (CO)—inspected firecracker shops operating in the Madar Darwaza area of ​​Gola Mohalla, Sasaram. During the inspection, it was discovered that firecracker shops were being operated without the required licenses. Taking immediate action, two shops belonging to 'Bablu Fireworks' were sealed for operating without a license. District Magistrate Deepak Kumar Mishra has clarified that the sale and storage of firecrackers must strictly adhere to established rules and safety standards. Stern action will be taken against anyone found storing or selling firecrackers without a valid license. The District Magistrate has instructed all firecracker shop owners to ensure full compliance with the prescribed regulations and has strictly prohibited the sale or storage of firecrackers without a valid license under any circumstances. He has also appealed to the public to purchase firecrackers only from authorized, licensed shops and to report any irregularities to the administration. The district administration has emphasized that public safety remains the top priority, and strict action will continue to be taken against those who violate the rules.
