BUXAR--------------------------Prompt action by a local Ward Councillor led to the interception of a pickup truck illegally carrying cattle near the ITI Road in Buxar district, Bihar.
Acting on suspicious movement, the Ward Councillor chased down the vehicle, forcing the driver and his accomplice to abandon the truck and flee the scene under the cover of chaos.
A pickup vehicle crammed with 10 to 12 cattle (Gauvansh) was spotted moving suspiciously along the ITI Road route in Buxar.
Seeing the Ward Councillor pursuing them closely, the driver and his associate sped up before abandoning the vehicle by the roadside and escaping into the surrounding area.
