ARA-------------------------A case has come to light involving the alleged assault of a poor and helpless individual at Nidaan Hospital in Ara. It is reported that a couple was assaulted during this incident, resulting in fractures to the arm and leg of Sikandar Kumar.

Listen to the harrowing account of the victim as he speaks in the video. How does anyone dare to treat a poor and vulnerable person in such a manner? Do such individuals have no fear of the law or the administration?

We urge the Bhojpur district and police administration to conduct an immediate and impartial investigation into the matter, identify the perpetrators, take strict legal action against them, and ensure justice and protection for the victim's family.

Furthermore, a comprehensive investigation should be conducted into all private hospitals operating in the city of Ara. There have been persistent complaints that many hospitals in the city operate without valid registration or fail to adhere to prescribed standards. The Health Department must ensure that every hospital’s registration, the qualifications of its medical staff, the available medical facilities, and all other essential standards comply with the regulations. Strict legal action should be taken against any hospital that violates these rules.

Anyone seeking medical treatment at a hospital is entitled to respect, safety, and quality care—not abuse. No one should be permitted to gamble with the lives of the general public.
