SASARAM---------------------------The district administration has shown seriousness in the matter of allegations regarding corruption and irregularities in the education department of the district. On behalf of the District Public Grievance Redressal Office located at the Collectorate, a letter has been issued to the District Education Officer (DEO), Rohtas, directing him to investigate the allegations and provide the updated investigation report along with evidence.

According to the letter issued, the complaint was lodged by Vinod Kushwaha, member of District Program Implementation (Twenty Point) Committee, Rohtas. In the complaint, allegations have been made against headmaster Arvind Kumar Anand and special teacher Satendra Prasad Sah of Sant Shivanand Academy +2 school located in Sasaram.

In the complaint, it has been alleged that no action was taken on the basis of Form 'A' prepared in the light of the allegations of Regional Deputy Director of Education, Patna Division and the dominance of corruption and corrupt people in the Education Department.

In this matter, Additional Collector (Public Grievance Redressal) cum District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Rohtas has instructed the District Education Officer to investigate the related allegations with proper evidence and ensure to provide the updated investigation report by the scheduled date 15 September 2026.

At the same time, a copy of the letter has also been sent to complainant Vinod Kushwaha and requested to be present on the scheduled date with proper evidence in support of his allegations.

Now it has to be seen what facts emerge in the investigation and what is the truth of the allegations leveled against the officials of the Education Department.
